How do credits work?

Every new account starts with 20 free credits. Credits are spent to unlock practice sets — each set costs 10 credits.

You can earn more credits by watching a short rewarded video ad (10 credits per ad). You can watch up to 3 ads per day. Alternatively, upgrading to Premium gives you unlimited access to all sets without spending any credits.

How do I unlock a set?

Go to Practice, choose a topic, and tap the Unlock button next to a locked set. This costs 10 credits. Once unlocked, the set is yours permanently — you can repractice it as many times as you like at no extra cost.

Sets must be unlocked in order — you need to complete a set before unlocking the next one.

How does the streak work?

Your streak counts how many consecutive days you have practiced. Complete at least one practice set each day to keep your streak alive.

If you miss a day, your streak resets to 1 the next time you practice. Your longest-ever streak is always saved separately so you can track your personal best.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS (App Store): Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → IslamIQ → Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play): Open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → IslamIQ → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will keep Premium access until then.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Delete My Account" and the email address linked to your account.

We will process your request within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
