Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using IslamIQ. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IslamIQ, operated by Baya Ventures Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Subscription Terms
IslamIQ offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock unlimited access to all content. Subscription pricing:
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain premium access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
4. Credits and In-App Content
Free users receive 20 credits on install. Credits are used to unlock practice sets (10 credits per set). Credits can be earned by watching rewarded video ads (10 credits per ad, maximum 3 per day). Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or refunded.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within IslamIQ — including questions, answers, explanations, branding, and software — is owned by Baya Ventures Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app
- Use automated tools to manipulate leaderboard scores or credits
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
7. Disclaimer
IslamIQ is provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy in all Islamic content, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Always refer to qualified Islamic scholars for religious rulings.
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
